Monisha Slough is the Director and Senior Immigration Advisor at Albany Solicitors. With more than 20 years’ experience in UK immigration law, Monisha Slough provides clear, practical advice and representation across visas, settlement, nationality, human rights and complex casework.

As an OISC-regulated immigration adviser, Monisha Slough undertakes specialist casework and advocacy — including Immigration Tribunal appeals and administrative reviews — and is known for combining professional expertise with genuine care for clients and their families.

Kate is a fee earner within the firm.
Areas of legal practice: Kate graduated from Sussex University in 2009 and went on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Law in 2013. She has a varied and complex caseload with experience ranging from initial applications, to matters before the Immigration and Asylum Chamber (First-tier and Upper-tier Tribunal). She has a particular interest in family-based immigration applications and EU law.
Kate specialises in the field of immigration and asylum law. Kate’s main place of work is the Bristol Office.

Kate joined Albany Solicitors in September 2013.

Anne is the Office Manager. Anne Joined the Firm in April 2011, having previously worked as an Office Manager.
Areas of responsibility: HR, procurement, recruitment, Fire Safety, H&S & GDPR training, file management, debt recovery, customer service, data protection officer, fire safety/security, payroll. Her main place of work is the Cardiff office.

Debbie manages the Accounts / Finance Department. Debbie took up the role in accounts in April 2023, previously having had a long career in Accounts before joining the Firm.
Areas of responsibility: Business and finance accounts, reconciliations, finance reports, private billing, submissions, banking, finance compliance/money laundering. Her main place of work is the Cardiff office.
